Telesis Operating Co., Inc., (“Telesis”) is an oil and gas exploration/exploitation and production company headquartered in Ft. Worth, Texas. Telesis has been actively engaged in exploration, acquisitions, production and operations in the oil and gas industry since 1980. The Company currently owns and operates approximately 300 oil and gas wells located primarily in North, North Central and West Texas.

Telesis also owns and manages an oil and gas well drilling company with a four rig fleet, along with additional trucks, oil field machinery and equipment.

The Company’s primary operations emphasis is exploration and exploitation in lower risk and prolific development fields, which still have significant recoverable reserves. The Company is also active in the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties.
