Telesis Operating Co., Inc., and affiliates, (the “Company”) is an oil and gas exploration/exploitation and production company headquartered in Ft. Worth, Texas. The Company’s owner and president is Jim Murphy, a life long resident of Ft. Worth, Texas, and who has been actively engaged in exploration, acquisitions, production and operations in the oil and gas industry since 1980. The Company currently owns and operates approximately 300 oil and gas wells located primarily in North, North Central and West Texas.

Telesis Operating Co., Inc., also owns and manages an oil and gas well drilling company, which has several drilling rigs, trucks and oil field machinery and equipment.

The Company’s primary operations emphasis is exploration and exploitation in lower risk and prolific development fields, which still have significant recoverable reserves. The Company is also active in the acquisition of producing oil and gas properties.

The Company is a fully insured Operator and has an exemplary record with the Railroad Commission of Texas and other regulatory agencies within the industry.
